Fuel imports of Ukraine decreased by 38%

For the first quarter of 2021, the volume of imports of petroleum products decreased to 92,000 tons compared to the same period last year, the Administration of the Seaports of Ukraine reports.

The Pivdennyi port is the leader by imported raw materials’ volume. Over the past 3 months, traffic through it has decreased by 2 times. Deliveries through the ports of Odesa fell by almost a third.

According to the USPA, diesel fuel makes the largest import share. Then comes aviation kerosene, methanol, oils and other petroleum products.
